The Calgary Stampeders beat the Saskatchewan Roughriders 36-30 today in the West Semi-Final, and will now advance to the West Final next Sunday at BC Place to face the defending Grey Cup Champion BC Lions.

This season, the two teams met three times, with the Lions winning the first two games, 34-8 in Calgary on July 28 and 27-22 at home on October 6.  Calgary won the final match of the season 41-21 at McMahon Stadium on October 26, a game where Calgary jumped out to a 34-0 lead early in the second quarter and cruised to victory.

The West Final takes place at 1 PM on Sunday, November 18 at BC Place.
