Harris and Lulay Not On Final Ballot
Vancouver (CKNW/AM980)

11/7/2012

Three BC Lions have been selected to represent the West as the CFL announced its Outstanding Player finalists today, however Andrew Harris and Travis Lulay are not among them.

Both lost out to Calgary's Jon Cornish in the final voting, with the star running back picking up both the Most Outstanding Player and Top Canadian honours for the West after a record-breaking season.

Linebacker Adam Bighill also failed to make the final ballot, losing out to Edmonton's JC Sherritt in the Outstanding Defensive Player category.

Lions' kick returner Tim Brown was named the division’s Outstanding Special Teams Player while right tackle Jovan Olafioye picks up his second consecutive Outstanding Lineman selection and defensive lineman Jabar Westerman received the nod as Outstanding Rookie.

The winners will be announced during Grey Cup week in Toronto later this month
