Travis Lulay was sensational, completing 27 of 34 passes for 343 yards and two touchdowns as the BC Lions improved to 11-4 on the season with a 37-17 win over the Hamilton Tiger Cats in the Steel City.
Andrew Harris continued his strong play rushing for 68 yards and a touchdown while bringing in four Lulay passes for 53 yards and a major. Harris' TD catch extended Lulay's touchdown pass streak to 26 games, second longest in CFL history.
The Leos won the game with five starters out due to injury. Geroy Simon, Arland Bruce, Khalif Mitchell, John Hameister-Ries and Eric Taylor all sat out this game for BC.
With the win, the Lions clinch at least a home playoff date in the West Semi-Final. With one more win or any Calgary loss, the Lions will clinch the CFL's West Division and host the West Final.
BC's next game will take place at home next Friday versus the Edmonton Eskimos. The Eskimos are the only team to beat BC at the refurbished BC Place since it reopened a little over one year ago.
