FIFA has today announced a four game suspension for Canadian striker and Burnaby native Christine Sinclair for comments made following Canada's 4-3 extra time loss to the USA at this summer's Olympics.  Sinclair has also been fined.

The Canadian Soccer Association has asked FIFA for clarification of the ruling today made in Switzerland before commenting on or appealing the Sinclair supsension.
