BC Lions running back Andrew Harris has been named the CFL's Canadian Player of the Week after his performance in the Leos 27-22 victory over the Calgary Stampeders this past weekend.

Harris had 15 carries for 73 yards and the game winning touchdown while also adding four catches for 52 yards for a total of 125 yards from scrimmage.

Harris leads the CFL in yards from scrimmage this season with 1544 and has now won this award three times this season.  Harris was also named CFL Canadian Player of the Month in July.

The Lions are 10-4 on the season and will nexr play on Friday in Hamilton versus the Tiger Cats.
