A former Mountie who's already facing charges is back in trouble with the law.
Rob Sidhu has been charged with assault and uttering threats in connection with a domestic dispute. Sidhu is already charged with impersonating a police officer to allegedly gain access to information from the RCMP's operations communications centre about the Bacon brothers.
He allegedly posed as a member of IHIT to request details from a data base of where Jonathan, Jarrod and Jamie Bacon were living.  The leak led to the Bacon's moving to port moody.  Sidhu resigned from the rcmp in 2003 after 11 years on the job.
