A former mountie already facing charges for impersonating a police officer to allegedly get access to information about the Bacon brothers has been collared again.

Constable Ian MacDonald says Abbotsford's Rob Sidhu has been charged with assault and uttering threats in connection with a domestic dispute.

The incident occured February 28th.

The accused was arrested a few days later.

Sidhu will appear in court later this month.
