Charge laid in Penticton death

RCMP in Penticton have laid a second degree murder charge in last spring's killing of a 53-year-old Penticton man.

Terrence Daly Wooley was found unconscious at the back of bar on front street.

He remained in a coma for a month before dying a month later in hospital.

40-year-old Michael Richard Beauchamp of Penticton was arrested last Friday he remains in custody following a court appearance yesterday.
