Vancouver's homeless coordinator says it's clear there are fewer people sleeping on the streets.

A homeless count later this month will given an indication of exactly how many.

Judy Graves says a homeless count will take place March 23rd in Vancouver.

Graves says it's clear there are fewer homeless on the streets.

She says that's because of shelter space, and the infusion of new housing.

Graves also says with cold weather moving back in she's worried about the health risk that could pose to people who do remain on the streets.
