71 condo units are being built on the site of the old Transcona City hall on Pandora West.
Sod was turned today and the first 18 units should be ready for early next year.
There will be 12 buildings with 6 condo units in each one.
Net proceeds of the land purchased from the City by A&S Construction Ltd. will go towards the Transcona Centennial Square.
