RCMP drug raids in the RM of Alonsa this week resulted in the seizure of over a million dollars worth of marijuana plants and several firearms.
At one house near Crane River they found 204 plants and 14 firearms.
At the house near Cayer they seized 725 plants and one gun.
Five individuals were arrested, including 42-year-old Michael John McKinnon. He was detained in custody - the rest were released.
