The town of Neepawa has turned down early sunday shopping. Ken Waddell is Mayor of Neepawa and he tells CJOB the retail chain store companies certainly wanted it, but that didn't matter in the end.
Waddell says the town has simply exercised authority granted by provincial legislation to turn this sort of thing down.
