Winnipeg Police have put out an alert after a 36-year old woman was grabbed by a man Thursday afternoon near Isabel and Logan. Police say the man tried to get the woman into a stopped vehicle, but she resisted, and he left. The vehicle is described as an older black Chevy Blazer with rust. The man is described as Asian in appearance, in his 20's. He's 5-6, chubby and has short black messy hair.
