Winnipeg Police have two suspects in custody in connection with a sexual assault. Police say cadets were on patrol downtown Monday night, when they saw a 28-year old woman being sexually assaulted. It happened in a backlane in the 400 block of Hargrave around 20 to 12. The Cadets put in the call for the police, and officers arrested 41-year old Johnny Duck and 27-year old Dwight Fabian McKay.
