No one was hurt after a small fire forced the evacuation of an apartment block at the corner of Sargent and Arlington around 11 this morning.
The building was filled with smoke after the fire started in the living room of a second floor apartment.
Sargent was closed to traffic both ways between Arlington and Simcoe as crews brought things under control.
The cause and a damage estimate are not yet known as crews continue to investigate.
