It looks like a strike has been averted at Motor Coach Industries.
The Winnipeg based bus maker and it's union have agreed on a tentative three year agreement dealing with wages and vacation time.
The two sides had met last night and workers were told to be prepared for a strike before this deal was reached.
The company employs about 500 people in Winnipeg.
