Packaged-ice supplier Arctic Glacier has tentatively been sold to an American company, H.I.G. Capital.
A press release from the company website says Arctic Glacier's head office will remain in Winnipeg and all current employees will be offered jobs.
The sale is pending court approval in both countries.
