Winnipeg police have a woman in custody following an attempted robbery late Thursday afternoon in the 400 block of Qu'Appelle avenue..
Police say just after 5pm a female confronted the store owner with pepper spray.. The owner was not injured and He held onto the suspect until police arrived..
An investigation is continuing..
