Most Provincial Parks are now open in Manitoba. Tracy Elbourne of Manitoba Parks tells CJOB by the number of reservations so far, most people know it:
But Elbourne says there are still many campground sites available. This year.. you have to buy a park pass either for the year, three days, or even just one day.
