The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have launched a scratch lottery in parternship with Manitoba Lotteries. The first such lottery in CFL history offers ticket purchasers in Manitoba the chance to win one of two 100-thousand dollar cash prizes plus other instant wins.
There's also an on-line component. You'll be able to buy the tickets at more than 900 retail locations. Bombers President and CEO Garth Buchko says all money raised from the lottery will go toward supporting the Winnipeg Football Club.
