A highly controversial apartment building for Whyte Ridge will be debated at city hall again this morning.
The city's property and development committee will vote on whether to approve the subdivision and rezoning required for the apartment and townhouse complex at the corner of McGillivray and Dunkley Street.
Many Whyte Ridge residents expressed concern over having a multi-family unit in their single-family home neighbourhood.
If approved at this morning's meeting, it still needs to be passed by full council.
