U.S. Customs and Border Patrol officers have arrested a man from Quebec at the Pembina crossing for possessing ecstasy tablets.
44-year old Robert Mills was driving a commercial tractor-trailer when an enforcement examination turned up two small zip lock bags containing 28 ecstasy pills.
He was taken into custody and turned over to the Pembina County Sheriff's Office.
