Good news about that boy struck by a vehicle on Pembina near Kirkbridge yesterday afternoon. The 13-year old has now been upgraded to stable condition.
He'd been taken to hospital in critical condition shortly before 3:00. Pembina Highway was closed to traffic until it was determined he was going to be okay. It re-opened around 4:45.
