A record crowd of pot smokers is expected at the Manitoba Legislature this afternoon for the annual 4/20 event. The gathering also serves as a protest for the legalization of marihuana...as these smokers explain.
Security crews say upwards of 10 thousand people are expected on the grounds this afternoon. Police will be on scene but rarely make any arrests unless things turn violent.
