12 year old Dystani Heng is in good condition and good spirits after being found in the Jane and Finch area at 7 o’clock this evening.
Her mother, 31 year old Veasna Heng is currently in police custody after allegedly abducting Dystani during a parental visit in July.
She has been charged with abduction in contravention of a custody order
