A Toronto man has been sentenced to more than a month in jail, following an assault on a TTC employee.
On April 15, the driver of a bus informed a passenger that the vehicle was out of service, which led to the attack.
The passenger spit on the driver, damaged the emergency phone on board, and smashed both headlights.
45 year old Alton Jackson was found guilty of assault and mischief, and sentenced to 70 days behind bars.
