Toronto Police are investigating a possible drug lab in an apartment building at 190 Borough Drive in Scarborough.
A hazardous material team was sent to the building to investigate a unit on the 30th floor of the building.
Police say the suspect escaped from the balcony and went down to the 29th floor and is still at large.
Police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
