Two people have been pronounced dead following a collision on the westbound 407 in Markham.
The OPP say two people may have been standing outside a stalled vehicle, when they were struck by an oncoming car Monday afternoon.
All lanes of the 407 reopened shortly around 4:00 Monday afternoon.
OPP are reminding drivers if their vehicle becomes disabled, to remain inside, or bring themselves towards the concrete barriers, and not exit into live lanes of traffic.
