The public lined up for a chance to get inside the courtroom Tuesday as the Micheal Rafferty trial resumed.
The Crown wrapped up it's case last week and now defence lawyers will start laying out their case.
Just after 10:30 it was announced one witness will be called by the defence and it won't be Rafferty.
Rafferty has pleaded not guilty to kidnapping, sexual assault and first-degree murder in the death of eight-year-old Victoria
Stafford.
Tori vanished outside her school in Woodstock on April 8th, 2009, and her remains were found months later.
