a 59 year old woman was rushed to hospital with head injuries following a single-vehicle crash on Highway 401 in Ajax.
It happened Tuesday morning around 7:30 a.m. as a car was getting onto the highway at Westney Road.
The ramps to the highway from Westney Road were closed but all lanes have since re-opened.
