Police say a Sea-Doo ended up inside a boat after a collision on a lake southeast of Parry Sound.
At the time, a 23-year-old Oakville man on a Sea-Doo was following a boat operated by his 55-year-old father on Lake Joseph.
Police say the younger man lost control of his personal watercraft after jumping the boat's wake and the Sea-Doo came to rest inside the vessel.
The boat's driver received non-life-threatening injuries and was treated in hospital.
There were five other family members on the boat but no one else was injured.
Police say speed and the closeness of the vessels were contributing factors in the crash, but alcohol was not involved.
