The condition of a female who was stabbed in the neck early this morning has been upgraded.
Police were called to a residence on Sanford Ave.N. at about 3:30 am. and found the 48 year old victim.
She was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. Her condition has improved and she is now considered to be in serious but stable condition.
A Command Unit has been set up at the scene. Police are looking for a suspect who is described as male, white, approximately 30-years-old, 5’8 – 5’10”, stocky build, possibly having tattoos on both arms, and a shaved head.
