Police have charged a Hamilton man following a nightclub assault in Burlington.
The incident took place on April 14th outside Club 54 on Harvester Road.
A 21-year-old Oakville man was hospitalized after being punched in the head.
24-year-old Tariq Hijazi is charged with assault causing bodily harm.
He is scheduled to appear in court on June 20th.
