Turns out Murray Martin is not leaving Hamilton Health Sciences for a while.
The President and CEO won't be retiring now until 2014.
One reason for the postponement is the depature of Executive Vice President Murray Glendining for London Health Sciences Centre.
The hospital board says losing both exectives at the same time would leave too big a vacuum in the top ranks.
That puts Martin's retirement date at January 31st of 2014 and he will stay on as a consultant for three months.
