An area of Dundas has reached its saturation point for development.
That from the area councillor Russ Powers.
And the city's planning committee has agreed by turning down a proposal for a seven storey, 67 unit condominium in the Spencer Creek Village area of Dundas.
The committee decided the area is already densely populated and the structure would wipe out exisiting green space.
The decision is expected to be appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board.
