A Beamsville man is off to jail for stealing food.
Both the prosecution an defence had recommended the 71-year-old pensioner get probation.
But the judge ignored their advice after taking into account five previous theft convictions against Pavle Stojanovic.
He'll spend a couple of weeks behind bars.
