Edmonton Police are out with charges in Thursday morning's death of a 20 year-old woman.
Dale Swampy, 23, faces a second degree murder charge along with a charge of possession of a weapon, after Savannah Morin was killed while at a party in an apartment near 113th Street and Jasper Avenue.
Police were called to the apartment very early Thursday morning, and found Morin suffering from numerous injuries. She died later in hospital because of stab wounds.
Police say alcohol played a role in the death. (lk)
