It took just over 3 years of investigating graffiti offences in the Whyte Avenue area, but EPS believe to have their man.
Jamie Robert Law, 31, is facing 35 charges of mischief in connection with graffiti offences.
The EPS received numerous complaints of stenciled graffiti vandalism to property mostly in the Whyte Avenue area over the past few years.
Police investigated graffiti reports involving 35 locations and 10 complainants between June 2009 and July 2012.
The accused will appear in court on Sept. 26, 2012. (bu)
