Premier Alison Redford believes "millions of jobs" can be created if Alberta and Canada are transformed into global energy leaders.
Redford told an energy luncheon during her visit to London: "through our work here with the Canadian High Commission in London, we can ensure to open new doors into international markets and build an integrated energy economy that generates hundreds of billions of dollars in revenue investments and millions of jobs across the country."
Today, Premier Redford helped Travel Alberta pitch the province as a tourist destination. The Alberta brand video presentation was made to tourism operators and travel executives in London.
