Alberta Health Services says our air is clear!
AHS officially lifted the air quality advisory Monday afternoon. It was issued Friday, July 13, because of smoke from northern Alberta wildfires blowing into Edmonton.
The advisory was only lifted for Edmonton and area, as smoke continues to linger north of the city.
There's a chance the air quality could deteriorate agin later Monday afternoon. Meteorologist Josh Classen says the wind will likely blow smoke back into the Edmonton area. (lk)
