The man charged in a case that rocked the central Alberta town of Innisfail last year, has been released from jail.

Brian Malley, 55, is out on 10 thousand dollars bail, following a hearing Thursday morning. Details of the hearing aren't being released, but Malley will have to abide by strict conditions including living in a court approved home in Edmonton.

It was November 25, 2011, when Victoria Shachtay, 23, was killed after receiving a parcel delivered to her Innisfail home.

The package turned out to be a bomb that exploded when she opened it.

The wheel chair bound woman was living with her seven year old daughter and a caregiver at the time of her death. (lk)
