A Calgary man whose unruly behaviour forced an international flight to make an unscheduled landing in Edmonton, won't be back in court until October 4th.
The London-to-Calgary bound flight was diverted Monday after a man allegedly assaulted a female crew member and another passenger.
35-year-old Justin Frank was arrested without incident in Edmonton, but not before passengers and crew restrained him to his seat using wrist straps and duct tape.
