Calgary's real estate market continues to heat up.
The Calgary Real Estate Board says sales in May were up 32% from the same month last year.
The board says continued full-time job growth and low interest rates are contributing to the housing demand.
Just over 1,700 homes were sold in May. The average price of a single family home is now at $427,000, while condo's are at $245,000.
