Hot on the heels of re-applying for the Keystone XL pipeline, Trans Canada says it will proceed with a 275-million dollar terminal at Hardisty, southeast of Edmonton.Trans Canada CEO Russ Girling says the decision to build the terminal follows "strong demand from Western Canadian producers for new infrastructure to allow them to move crude oil into the Keystone System." The Hardisty terminal will be the "head end" of the pipeline that will move Alberta oil sands crude to refineries in Texas and Oklahoma.Subject to regulatory approvals, the project in Hardisty is expected to be in service by late 2014
