The Calgary Police Service, Major Crimes Section is investigating after a toddler was seriously injured at a dayhome in McKenzie Towne.
Police were called to a home at the 100 block of Elgin Heath SE, just before 1:00 pm Wednesday, where they found a 21-month-old girl unconscious and not breathing. The toddler was taken to the Alberta Children's Hospital where she remains in critical condition.
Three other children were in the private dayhome at the time.
