The Calgary Hitmen took ten players during Thursday's bantam draft. They led things off by taking 14-year-old defenceman Brennan Riddle with the 17th overall pick. The Balgonie, Saskatchewan product is 6'1" and 164 pounds and played with the Prairie Storm of the SBAA, recording 11 goals and 8 assists in 22 games. Their second-round pick was 6'2", 180 pound centre Terrell Draude from the Saskatchewan Valley Diamond Pharmacy Vipers. Draude had 54 goals and 40 assists in 24 games while he was captain of his team. Here is a look at all of the Hitmen picks:
