There’s been a second graphic graffiti incident in Abbotsford, the second time in a week.
This time it happened in the Larch Park area, on both public and private property.
A person – or persons – spray painted vehicles, a driveway, signs, a hydro box, and even fences with swastikas and obscene phrases.
This comes a week after similar symbols and messages were sprayed on an Abbotsford high school.
Speaking to Global News, Sergeant Judy Bird with Abbotsford Police isn’t saying if it’s a hate crime.
“At this time we’re unsure. The Abbotsford Police do take hate crimes very very seriously. We are in the preliminary stages of this investigation, so at this time we can’t confirm if this is in fact a hate crime or some youth who are using their time very unwisely.”
Anybody with any information is asked to call Abbotsford police.
