Monday morning drivers – take note, as there is a problem on a number of roads all over the region.
AM 730 Traffic’s Jeff Jeffries says many areas are seeing black ice.
“…throughout Metro Vancouver, there’s been a lot of areas reporting black ice. Make sure you drive with caution on those off-ramps and side streets. Some of the hardest hit areas are in Abbotsford, Port Coquitlam and Coquitlam. Please drive with caution throughout those areas, and throughout your commute this morning.”
In a tweet, Global B.C. meteorologist Mark Madryga says multiple spots dipped to near zero overnight, causing frost and ice to form in some areas.
