The Vancouver Canucks defeated the Nashville Predators Tuesday night, by a score of 1 – 0.
Centerman Henrik Sedin scored the only point of the game, the 999th of his career.
In the first period, Ryan Miller was saved after the puck went in the net, but was called by the Intent to Blow rule.
Meanwhile, country star Carrie Underwood, Nashville’s Mike Fisher’s wife, shared what she thought of the call on Twitter.
Intent to blow the whistle?! What?! That just sounds ridiculous… https://t.co/DJRReuPUGD

The Canucks will have a couple of days to rest before they host the Florida Panthers on Friday.
