It’s snowing lightly yet again in some parts of Metro Vancouver this Friday morning.
Global B.C.’s Mark Madryga says it’s because the latest weather system isn’t quite in place to give us a major dump of snow.
“This weather system that arrived overnight here in Metro Vancouver, we’re going to be on the edge of it right through the day, so the amounts of snow will be mostly light, but there will be some around for sure. About two to five centimetres closest to the North Shore mountains by the end of the afternoon. A centimetre or two is the plan, closer to the border.”
The next round of precipitation is expected for Saturday night, which Madryga says will likely consist of a few flurries.
